TRANSBORDA / OVERFLOW, INTERNATIONAL EXPANDED CINEMA AND VIDEO ARTE SCREENING
The expanded cinema and video art international screening will take place inside the Books & Movies event, in four night sessions (31st May, 1st, 2nd and 4th June) with two evening schedules: 22h00 and 23h00 (4th June). Following the main frame of the big event, the screenings will take place in the city public spaces and cafes located in the historic center in an outdoor production. The cities main square will support the screening in the historic downtown: the Rossio Square situated in front of the majestic Cistercian Alcobaça Monastery (World Heritage). Highlighted with this enchanted scenario, the screening program will be composed by selected national and foreign exquisite video-art works from 25 invited artists regarding the concept of the image of writing and the writing of image.
